This offer is reserved for professionals in the restaurant, wine, hospitality, or food service industries who have purchased a La Sommelière wine cellar on the website www.lasommeliere.com. The offer is valid all year round, limited to one participation per participant.

For any participation registered between January 1 and December 31 of the current year inclusive, La Sommelière offers a 5% refund on the amount of your most recent order, under the following conditions:

• The refund will be issued using the same payment method as the one used for your most recent online purchase on www.lasommeliere.com.
• If an alternative refund method is requested, please specify this during your participation and contact customer@groupefrio.com.
• One participation per establishment (same name and same address).
• This offer cannot be combined with any other ongoing La Sommelière promotional offers.
• Any incomplete participation will be considered non-compliant.

Visit https://odr.lasommeliere.com and select the offer “ODR RESTAURATEURS 2026.”

• Complete the participation form.
• Upload the following documents:
  • Your purchase invoice for a La Sommelière wine cabinet.
  • One or more photos of your La Sommelière wine cabinet installed in your professional environment (restaurant, bar, hotel, etc.).
    By submitting your photos, you authorize La Sommelière to use them, as well as the name of your establishment, for the promotion of the professional range on the website www.lasommeliere.com and on the brand’s communication materials.
  • A clear photo of the identification plate (serial number).
• Validate your participation online. You will receive a confirmation email. Any complete and valid participation will be eligible for a 5% refund.

• After validation of your application, you will receive your 5% refund within 6 weeks following the end of the promotion, applied to your most recent order placed on www.lasommeliere.com.
• Any illegible, incomplete, fraudulent, or non-compliant request will be definitively rejected.

By participating in this offer, you authorize La Sommelière to freely use the photos you provide to us (including those showing your wine cellar installed in your establishment), as well as the name and visual identity of your establishment.

These elements may be used by La Sommelière to highlight the professional range on the official website www.lasommeliere.com and across all its communication media: social networks, newsletters, catalogs, commercial presentations, press kits, or any other promotional material.

By submitting these contents, you confirm that you hold the necessary rights (or have obtained the required authorizations) to allow La Sommelière to use them under these conditions, without limitation in time or territory, and without financial compensation.

Any incomplete, illegible, or late submission will be considered invalid.

If your file meets the conditions of the offer, you will receive a gift card within 6 weeks. Any file that is illegible, incomplete, fraudulent, does not comply with the conditions of the offer, or is submitted after December 31, 2025, will be considered non-compliant and definitively rejected. In the event of attempted or proven fraud, you will no longer be eligible for future refund offers from La Sommelière for a period of 3 years.

La Sommelière is committed to respecting your privacy and protecting the information you provide. By participating in the offer, you agree that the collected data will be stored and processed by La Sommelière for the management of the operation. This data is kept for the time necessary to fulfill this purpose, up to a maximum of one year.

In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, you have the right to access, correct, modify, and delete your personal data. The information collected is necessary for managing the operation and will be kept for one year.
