For any purchase made between 14 November 2025 and 01 December 2025 inclusive, from a retailer participating in the operation, of a new wine cellar among the references listed below, La Sommelière offers you up to €500 in MAISON NICOLAS gift cards* within the limit of the amount paid for the product. This offer is reserved exclusively for individuals of legal age residing in mainland France. *The gift card is valid for one year and can only be used in-store.

Participation before 01/01/2026 included. For any purchase of an eligible wine cellar made between 14/11/2025 and 01/12/2025. To participate, you must:

• Complete the participation form below
• Provide your proof of purchase (invoice only; any other document will be rejected and your participation file will be considered incomplete)
• Provide a readable photo of the nameplate of your wine cellar, located inside the appliance at the bottom left, showing all information including the serial number (S/N)
• Provide a readable photo of your product installed in your home (the product must be fully unpacked and installed).

Then validate your participation online no later than January 1, 2026 inclusive. Any file sent by post will not be processed. Any file submitted after January 1, 2026 will not be processed. You will receive your gift card by postal mail within 6 weeks following the closing date of the participation period. Warning: if your purchase was made during the offer period but your proof of purchase (invoice) is dated outside the offer period, your participation will be automatically refused. Please ensure that you provide compliant proof or contact our teams.

• *If you only have an order confirmation because the invoice will be issued upon delivery of the product and the delivery is scheduled outside the offer dates, please complete the online form and upload your order confirmation as supporting documentation. You must also inform our teams during the submission of your file, within the offer period, at the following email address: customer@groupefrio.com mentioning the offer. If our teams are not informed, your file will be automatically rejected.

If your file complies with the offer conditions, you will receive a gift card within 6 weeks. Any file that is illegible, incomplete, fraudulent, does not comply with the offer conditions, or is submitted after January 1st, 2026 will be considered non-compliant and permanently rejected. Furthermore, in case of attempted fraud or proven fraud, you will no longer be eligible for future refund offers from La Sommelière for 3 years. La Sommelière is committed to respecting your privacy and protecting the information you provide. By participating in the offer, you agree that the information collected may be recorded and processed by La Sommelière for the management of the operation. It will be kept for the time necessary for the processing purpose, up to a maximum of one year.
