For any purchase made between December 3, 2025 and December 31, 2025 inclusive, from a retailer participating in the operation, of a new wine cellar from the references listed below, La Sommelière will refund you up to €200, within the limit of the amount paid for the product. This offer is reserved exclusively for natural persons of legal age residing in mainland France, Belgium, and Luxembourg.

Participation before January 31, 2026 included. For any purchase of an eligible wine cellar made between 12/03/2025 and 12/31/2025. To participate, you will need to:

• Complete the participation form below.
• Provide your proof of purchase (invoice only — any other document will be rejected and your participation file will be considered incomplete).
• Provide a clear photo of the nameplate of your wine cellar, located inside the unit at the bottom left, showing the same product information including the serial number (S/N).
• Provide a clear photo of your product installed in your home (the product must be fully unpacked and set up).
• Provide a bank account identification document showing your personal details as well as your IBAN and BIC.

Then validate your participation online no later than January 31, 2026 included. Any file sent by postal mail will not be processed. Any file submitted after January 31, 2026 will not be processed. You will receive your refund within 6 weeks following the end date of the participation period. Please note: if you made your purchase during the operation period but your proof of purchase (invoice) is dated outside the operation period, your participation will be automatically refused. Make sure to provide compliant documents or contact our team.

• *If you only have a purchase order because the invoice will be issued upon delivery of the product, and the delivery is scheduled outside the operation period, please fill out the online form and upload your purchase order as supporting documentation. You must also notify our team during the operation period by sending an email to customer@groupefrio.com mentioning the operation. If our team is not notified, your participation will be automatically rejected.

Furthermore, in the event of attempted or proven fraud, you will no longer be eligible for future refund offers from La Sommelière for a period of 3 years. By participating in the offer, you agree that the information collected may be stored and processed by La Sommelière for the purpose of managing the operation. The data is retained for the duration necessary for this purpose, up to a maximum of one year.
