For any purchase between 3 April 2026 and 31 May 2026 inclusive, from a distributor participating in the promotion, of a new wine cellar from among the models listed below, La Sommelière will give you a CLAPREAPOGEE or CLAPREAPO250 compatible display rack. This offer is reserved exclusively for individuals of legal age residing in mainland France, Belgium, and Luxembourg. The complimentary display rack cannot be exchanged for another product or cash.

• APOGEE190DZN / APOGEE200PVN / APOGEE145DZN / APOGEE150N: one CLAPREAPOGEE shelf offered with a value of €59.90 incl. VAT

Participation before June 30, 2026 inclusive. For any purchase of an eligible wine cellar made between 04/03/2026 and 05/31/2026. To do so, you must:

• Complete the participation form below
• Provide your proof of purchase (invoice only; any other document will be rejected and your participation file will be considered incomplete)
• Provide a clear photo of the identification plate of your wine cellar, located inside the cellar at the bottom left, showing the same information about the wine cellar including the serial number (S/N)
• Provide a clear photo of your product installed in your home (the product must be fully unpacked and installed).

Then confirm your participation online no later than June 30, 2026 inclusive. Any file sent by post will not be processed. Any file sent after June 30, 2026 will not be processed. You will receive your free shelf by post within 6 weeks following the participation closing date, i.e. no later than August 11, 2026.

Warning: if you made your purchase during the operation period but your supporting document (invoice) is dated outside the operation period, your participation will automatically be refused. Please ensure that you provide compliant supporting documents or contact our teams.

• *if you only have a purchase order because the invoice will be issued upon delivery of the product and the delivery is scheduled outside the operation dates, complete the online form and upload your purchase order as supporting documentation, and notify our teams when submitting your file online, during the operation period, at the following email address: customer@groupefrio.com by mentioning the promotion; if our teams are not notified, your file will automatically be rejected.

Offer valid for any appliance included in the promotion purchased between 04/03/2026 and 05/31/2026 inclusive from participating retailers (excluding marketplaces except when sold by FRIO ENTREPRISE / Groupe Frio), limited to one request per household (same name or same address). This offer is reserved exclusively for individuals of legal age residing in mainland France, Belgium, and Luxembourg.

Any incomplete, illegible request or request sent after the deadline will be considered invalid.

If your file complies with the conditions of the offer, you will receive your free shelf within 6 weeks, i.e. no later than August 11, 2026. Any illegible, incomplete, fraudulent submission, any submission that does not comply with the conditions of the offer, or any submission made after June 30, 2026 will be considered non-compliant and will be definitively rejected. Furthermore, in the event of attempted or confirmed fraud, you will no longer be eligible to benefit from future reimbursement offers from La Sommelière for a period of 3 years. La Sommelière is committed to respecting your privacy and protecting the information you provide. By participating in the offer, you agree that the information collected will be recorded and processed by La Sommelière for the purpose of managing the operation. It will be retained for the duration necessary for this processing purpose, up to a maximum of one year.
