For any purchase made between 22/08/2026 and 19/10/2026 inclusive, from a retailer participating in the promotion, of a new wine cooler from among the models listed below, La Sommelière will offer you a compatible CLAPREAPOGEE or CLAPREAPO250 presentation shelf. This offer is exclusively available to individuals aged 18 or over residing in mainland France. The free presentation shelf cannot under any circumstances be exchanged for another product or for cash.

Participation no later than 19/11/2026 inclusive. For any purchase of an eligible wine cooler made between 22/08/2026 and 19/10/2026. To participate, you must:

• Complete the participation form below.
• Provide your proof of purchase (invoice only; any other supporting document will be rejected and your application will be considered incomplete).
• Provide a clear photo of the rating plate of your wine cooler, located inside the cabinet at the bottom left, showing the product information, including the serial number (S/N).
• Provide a clear photo of your product installed in your home (the product must be fully unpacked and installed).

Then validate your online application no later than 19 November 2026 inclusive. Applications sent by post will not be processed. Any application submitted after 19 November 2026 will not be processed. You will receive your free presentation shelf by post within 6 weeks following the closing date for participation, i.e. no later than 31 December 2026. Please note: if you made your purchase during the promotional period but your supporting document (invoice) is dated outside the promotional period, your application will automatically be rejected. Please ensure that you provide valid supporting documents or contact our team.

• *If you only have an order confirmation because the invoice will be issued upon delivery of the product and the delivery is scheduled outside the promotional period, complete the online form and upload your order confirmation as supporting documentation. When submitting your application online during the promotional period, you must also inform our team by email at customer@groupefrio.com, specifying the promotion concerned. If our team is not informed, your application will automatically be rejected.

Any incomplete or illegible application, or any application submitted after the deadline, will be considered invalid. If your application meets the terms and conditions of the offer, you will receive your free presentation shelf within 6 weeks, i.e. no later than 31 December 2026. Any application that is illegible, incomplete, fraudulent, does not comply with the terms of the offer, or is submitted after 19 November 2026 will be considered invalid and permanently rejected. In addition, in the event of attempted or proven fraud, you will no longer be eligible for future La Sommelière cashback offers for a period of 3 years. La Sommelière is committed to respecting your privacy and protecting the information you provide. By participating in the offer, you agree that the information collected may be recorded and processed by La Sommelière for the purpose of managing the promotion. This information will be retained for as long as necessary for this purpose, up to a maximum of one year.
