OFFER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

For any purchase made between 1 October and 31 October 2026, inclusive, from a retailer participating in the promotion, of a new wine cellar from among the eligible models, La Sommelière offers you a cashback of up to €500 including VAT, limited to the amount actually paid for the product.

La Sommelière Autumn Spain Offer: for the purchase of an eligible wine cellar between 1 October and 31 October 2026, inclusive, La Sommelière will refund you:

  • €500 including VAT for ECELLAR.BI150 and ECELLAR185G2;
  • €300 including VAT for ECELLAR150G2 and APOGEE185DZPRO;
  • €250 including VAT for VIP273_EDITION, VIP275P_EDITION and VIP306_EDITION;
  • €200 including VAT for VIP177_EDITION and VIP205_EDITION;
  • €150 including VAT for PRO160N, PRO160DZN and PRO160FRESH;
  • €100 including VAT for CLASSICLIMITED and CLASSIC240.

Only one participation and one product per person are permitted (same first name, surname and postal address). The same name and address may only be used once.

Please note: the name and address shown on the invoice must match the details of the offer beneficiary entered in the online participation form.

This offer cannot be combined with any other La Sommelière cashback offer currently available for the same products. The offer is valid only for the purchase of a new product and does not apply to refurbished products.

This offer is reserved for private individuals aged 18 or over and residing in Spain. Any incomplete, illegible or late application will be considered invalid.

REGISTER AND PARTICIPATE ONLINE

  • Purchase a wine cellar eligible for the offer from a retailer participating in the promotion between 1 October and 31 October 2026, inclusive.

  • Go to https://odr.lasommeliere.com/ and select the “AUTOMNE ESPAGNE” offer to create your participation request between 1 October and 30 November 2026, inclusive.

    Any request received outside this period will be considered invalid.

    Complete the participation form and attach the following documents:

    • Your proof of purchase*: an invoice clearly showing the purchased appliance, except in the specific case described below. Any other proof of purchase will be rejected and your application will be considered incomplete, meaning you will not be eligible for the cashback.
    • A clear photograph of the product installed in your home. The product must be fully unpacked and installed.
    • A clear photograph of the rating plate of your wine cellar, located inside the appliance at the bottom left, showing the product information, including the serial number (S/N).
    • A bank document showing your personal details, as well as your IBAN and BIC.

  • Submit your online participation no later than 30 November 2026, inclusive. You will then receive an email confirming your participation.

No email or postal notification will be sent to inform you that an application is incomplete or invalid. We therefore recommend that you carefully check your application before submitting it.

Applications sent by post will not be processed and will not be eligible for any cashback.

You will receive your cashback by bank transfer within 6 weeks from the end date of the promotion.

* If you only have an order confirmation or proof of order because the invoice will be issued upon delivery of the product and delivery is scheduled outside the promotion dates, complete the online form and attach your order confirmation as proof.

In addition, when submitting your online request and during the promotion period, you must inform our teams via customer@groupefrio.com, specifying the “Automne Espagne” promotion. If our teams are not informed, your application will be automatically rejected.

CONFIRMATION OF YOUR APPLICATION

If your application meets the terms and conditions of the offer, you will receive the cashback by bank transfer within 6 weeks.

Please note that your bank may take an average of 3 working days to credit the amount to your account.

Any illegible, incomplete or fraudulent application, any application that does not comply with the terms and conditions of the offer, or any application submitted after 30 November 2026 will be considered non-compliant and will be permanently rejected.

Furthermore, in the event of attempted or proven fraud, you will not be eligible to participate in future La Sommelière cashback offers for a period of 3 years.

La Sommelière is committed to respecting your privacy and protecting the information you provide to us. By participating in the offer, you agree that the information collected may be recorded and processed by La Sommelière for the purpose of managing the promotion.

The data will be retained for as long as necessary to fulfil this purpose, for a maximum period of one year.

In accordance with the applicable regulations on the protection of personal data, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the amended French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, you have, among other rights, the right to access and rectify your personal data and, under the conditions provided for by the applicable regulations, the right to have your personal data deleted.
