Participation no later than 19 November 2026 inclusive, for any purchase of an eligible wine cellar made between 22 August 2026 and 19 October 2026. To participate, you must:

• Complete the participation form below.
• Provide your proof of purchase (invoice only; any other supporting document will be rejected and your participation file will be considered incomplete).
• Provide a clear photo of the rating plate of your wine cellar, located inside the appliance at the bottom left, showing the product information, including the serial number (S/N).
• Provide a clear photo of your product installed in your home (the product must be fully unpacked and installed).
• Provide your bank account details showing your personal details, IBAN and BIC.

You must then validate your online participation no later than 19 November 2026 inclusive. Applications sent by post will not be processed. Applications submitted after 19 November 2026 will not be processed.

You will receive your bank transfer within 6 weeks following the closing date for participation, i.e. no later than 31 December 2026.

Please note: if you made your purchase during the promotional period but your supporting document (invoice) is dated outside the promotional period, your participation will automatically be rejected. Please ensure that you provide valid supporting documents or contact our teams.

• *If you only have an order form because the invoice will be issued upon delivery of the product, and the delivery is scheduled outside the promotional period, please complete the online form and upload your order form as supporting documentation. You must also notify our teams, while the offer is still running, by email at customer@groupefrio.com, specifying the promotion concerned. If our teams are not notified, your application will automatically be rejected.

Offer valid for any eligible appliance purchased between 22 August 2026 and 19 October 2026 inclusive from retailers participating in the promotion (excluding marketplaces, except where sold by FRIO ENTREPRISE / Groupe Frio). Limited to one application per household (same name or same address). This offer is available exclusively to individuals aged 18 or over residing in mainland France.

Any application that is incomplete, illegible or submitted after the deadline will be deemed ineligible.

If your application complies with the terms and conditions of the offer, you will receive the bank transfer within 6 weeks. Any application that is illegible, incomplete, fraudulent, does not comply with the terms and conditions of the offer, or is submitted after 19 November 2026 will be deemed non-compliant and permanently rejected.

Furthermore, in the event of attempted fraud or proven fraud, you will no longer be eligible for any future cashback offers from La Sommelière for a period of 3 years.

By participating in the offer, you agree that the information collected may be recorded and processed by La Sommelière for the purpose of managing the promotion. This information will be retained for as long as necessary for this purpose, up to a maximum period of one year.
