For any purchase made between November 1 and December 31, 2025 inclusive, on our website lasommeliere.com, La Sommelière offers you the chance to receive a refund for your order. This offer is strictly reserved for private individuals who are of legal age and reside in mainland France, Belgium and Luxembourg.

Participation before 01/03/2026. For any order placed between 01/11/2025 and 31/12/2025, you must:

• Complete the participation form below.
• Leave a review of your order on the La Sommelière Trustpilot page:

• Provide proof of the review (photo or screenshot accepted).

Then validate your participation online no later than February 28, 2026 inclusive.
Any file sent by post will not be processed. Any file sent after February 28, 2026 will not be processed.

2 winners, selected by random draw, will receive a refund of their order by bank transfer within 2 weeks following the participation closing date.

Offer valid for all orders placed between 01/11/2025 and 31/12/2025 inclusive on the website lasommeliere.com, limited to one claim per household (same name or same address). This offer is strictly reserved for private individuals who are of legal age and reside in mainland France.

Any incomplete, illegible, or late submission will be considered invalid. Your order must be compliant and delivered. Any orders that have already been refunded or are in the process of being refunded are not eligible for this offer.

If your file meets the conditions of the offer, you will be entered into the draw in which 2 winners will receive a refund of their order, to their original method of payment, within 2 weeks following the end date of participation.

Any illegible, incomplete, fraudulent file, any file that does not comply with the conditions of the offer, or any file submitted after February 28, 2025 will be considered non-compliant and will be permanently rejected. In addition, in the event of attempted or proven fraud, you will no longer be eligible for future refund offers from La Sommelière for a period of 3 years.

La Sommelière is committed to respecting your privacy and protecting the information you provide. By participating in the offer, you agree that the information collected will be recorded and processed by La Sommelière for the purposes of managing the promotion. The data will be retained for the period necessary for this purpose, up to a maximum of one year.
